Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I have completed my Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Each person's journey towards healing is unique. I take a personalized approach for every client I work with. I believe that building strong relationships increases our resilience in the face of challenges. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and to provide you with the tools and support you need to achieve your goals and have healthy relationships. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find your way forward.
