I believe the way we speak about ourselves shapes how we see and experience who we are. While we may not always be able to control what happens around us, we can learn to influence how we respond. In therapy, I believe in a collaborative approach that honours the mind-body connection. This is driven from my background in neuroscience and rooted in empathy. I work from a strengths-based approach, believing that each person holds unique inner resources that can support healing and growth.
