In therapy, I believe in a collaborative approach that honours the mind-body connection. This is driven from my background in neuroscience and rooted in empathy. I work from a strengths-based approach, believing that each person holds unique inner resources that can support healing and growth.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard, and I’m honoured to support you in building resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.
