Our work also includes reflective practice, ethical considerations, and alignment with CRPO standards, so you feel grounded both clinically and professionally.

Individual Supervision
(50 mins)
A one-on-one space designed for your growth as a therapist. Together, we’ll deepen your clinical skills, explore challenges openly, and build confidence in your decision-making. Expect thoughtful feedback, practical tools, and a supportive relationship that helps you feel more grounded in your work.

Dyadic Supervision
(50 mins)
A shared supervision space that blends support, connection, and skill-building. Explore your cases, reflect together, and learn from each other’s insights while receiving focused clinical guidance. You’ll leave with new tools, expanded perspective, and a stronger sense of confidence in your work.

Group Supervision
(2 hours; up to 6 participants)
A small, supportive group designed for deep learning and skill development. In this 2-hour supervision space, you’ll explore cases, strengthen your clinical thinking, and learn from a range of perspectives. With a maximum of 6 supervisees, you’ll receive meaningful feedback while benefiting from the collective insight of the group.
