Welcome! Life has its ups and downs, and at times, we are faced with troubling thoughts, emotions, or situations. As we try to navigate through these moments alone, we may realize that we may not be able to change some issues on our own. They begin to overwhelm us, affecting other parts of our lives. You don’t need to go through this alone. I hope to create an environment that promotes growth and work towards an outcome that you are pleased with.
Tapping into my background in mental health and lived experiences as a POC, immigrant and minority, I understand the importance of being heard in a safe and non-judgemental space. Each client brings in a wealth of experience which I hope to use to understand who they are. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to help clients work through their distress.
Using an outlook embodied by my experiences and multiple modalities, I hope to support and work together to empower you to bring the change you hope for. I am eager to learn more about you and the journey that you are about to embark on.
I am happy to offer services in english, hindi and urdu.
