The journey of life is ever changing, shaped by the experiences that emerge within our life transitions, relationships, responsibilities, and life goals we strive for. These experiences stir up a maelstrom of emotions and stress, and we may not handle them as well as we would like. Although it may be tempting to opt for quick-fix solutions or ignore your stressors, you can better address your stress by making time for yourself to fully explore your experiences and cultivate your resilience.

I hope to help you in your journey through my holistic approach that considers all the psychological, social, and physical health factors surrounding your concerns. My approach incorporates cognitive-behavioural therapy with elements of Adlerian, psychoanalytic, and solution-focused therapy. My aim is to collaboratively establish a safe space with you where you can fully process and understand your experiences, and find your own unique solution that is best suited to you.

I realize that taking first step can be difficult, so I want to ensure this process is as comfortable as possible for you and help accommodate every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you and collaboratively working together to help you flourish.
